So, Goat Diaries is a huge metaphor for my identity as a transgender woman.

I wrote and drew Goat Diaries 6 months before I admitted to myself I was trans. My subconscious already knew. My subconscious has always known. I thought it'd be fun to do an entirely fictional comic in an autobiographical format. My subconscious had other ideas.

Not technically a Gastrophobia story, but it's part of Gastrophobia's DNA, you know?
