I did this entire chapter in silhouette because I thought it'd be good practice for making bold poses, but it also turned out to set the mood for this story very well.

So, some people didn't pick up on this when it first ran, but Mania/Krphxyzwlps came out as trans to Klepto at the end of this story in the same casual tone you might mention to a friend what your favorite color is.

When I drew this comic, I was 5 years away from admitting to myself I was trans. I already knew subconsciously, though, because I desperately wanted to introduce a cute trans girl into the main cast who everyone instantly accepts.
